Our production process spans six key stages – laser cutting, insole, upper, lasting, pasting, and packing – with close quality control at every step, ensuring each pair moves through meticulous craftsmanship from concept to final polish. While machinery supports certain tasks, the true soul of Genelle remains in the hands of our artisans.

We produce in limited quantities to preserve individuality, elevate quality, and honor the time and skill invested in every pair. Our factory has long served as both our creative hub and a meaningful source of livelihood for the surrounding community.
